Having a human-centered approach, I always put the interests of people as forefront of my design output. Motivated by addressing problems and finding solutions, my observation on the intention how everyday things work and how people actually feel when interacting with things has always been providing me with new insights and sharpening my empathy.

Apart from general observation, I also supply myself with technical knowledge through looking at other designer’s works - not only specifically restricted to UI/UX, but also from other discipline such as Graphic Design, 3D Design, Architecture Design and many others.
